PMDC MDCAT Result Date 2024 Expected
The PMDC MDCAT Result 2024 is expected to be announced between September 23 and September 25. Typically, PMDC announces results within 72 hours of the exam, ensuring quick access to students. The official NMDCAT result date is expected around September 28 or 29, 2024, with the complete result expected to be available online.
MDCAT Result 2024 Punjab, Sindh, KPK
The results for MDCAT 2024 across all provinces Punjab, Sindh, KPK, and Balochistan will be made available online. Institutions like SZABMU, UHS, NUMS, JSNU, BUMHS, DUHS, ETEA, KEMU, and KMU will release their individual results which will be consolidated in the PMDC Gazette.
The passing marks for MDCAT 2024 are set at 60% overall, but for specific programs:
- MBBS candidates need a 55% score.
- BDS candidates require 45% to pass.
The merit lists will be uploaded after the official result is out, and students can check their respective rankings to see if they qualify for admission to their chosen medical or dental colleges.
Reserved Seats, Open Merit, and Quotas
For candidates applying through open merit, self-finance, or reserved seats (such as disability quotas), the result portal will also provide detailed information on available seats. Approximately 3,405 seats are available in public medical colleges, while 216 seats are allocated for public dental colleges in Punjab.
