Merit is constituted based on Academic-60%, Test-25% and Interview-15%.

LCWU has planned the release of three merit lists this year. The 1st merit list for open merit candidates will be displayed on October 4, 2024, at 6:00 PM. The second merit list is expected to be available on October 8, 2024, also at 6:00 PM. For those still awaiting, the 3rd merit list will be uploaded shortly after.

The merit list dates for LCWU admissions are set to be announced as follows:
- 1st Merit List (Open Merit): October 4, 2024, 6:00 PM
- 2nd Merit List (Open Merit): October 8, 2024, 6:00 PM
- 3rd Merit List: Expected soon after the second list, by mid-October.

LCWU Merit List 2024 For BS & MS Programs
For BS and MS candidates, the admission process is detailed. Interviews, written tests, and sports trials are scheduled as follows:
- Islamic Studies Interview: September 25, 2024
- English Written Test: September 26, 2024
- Fine Arts Drawing Test: September 27, 2024
- Architecture Written Test: September 30, 2024
- Sports Trials: September 30 – October 1, 2024.
The LCWU MS/M.Phil. program admissions follow a similar schedule, with tests and interviews set to take place in late September and early October. After that, the merit lists for these programs will be displayed on October 3, 2024.
